ABOUT ROW

The 15th ROW will be held via remote participation on Tuesday, September 29th, 2026.

The Registration Operations Workshop (ROW) is an informal industry conference that offers a platform for discussing the technical intricacies of registration operations within the domain name system. Past sessions have included presentations and panel discussions focused on Extensible Provisioning Protocol (EPP), Resource Public Key Infrastructure (RPKI), Registry Lock, Registration Data Access Protocol (RDAP) and many more (see details here). The Registration Operations Workshop is open to all industry members including internet gTLD/ccTLD registries, domain name registrars, resellers, government, academia and many more.

ROW15 CALL FOR PROPOSALS

The call for presentation or panel proposals is NOW OPEN. Please submit a short abstract describing your proposal to [email protected], by August 14th, 2026.

SUGGESTED TOPICS

The Program Committee invites submissions aligned with this non-exhaustive list of broad topics:

  • Operational impacts of registration technical refresh
  • Impact of AI in the registration ecosystem
  • RDAP implementation experience
  • EPP implementation experience
  • Implementation of NIS2 Directive
  • Best practices for DNSSEC Key management
  • Combating DNS abuse within registration (Global Signal Exchange, etc.)
  • Topics relevant to registration system protocols (Domain Connect protocol, etc.)
  • Digital Identity topics (eIDAS, etc.)
  • New gTLD application window and procedures
  • Supply Chain Security for Registries
  • RPKI Implementation Experience (...and any other registration protocol “experience”)
